The room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. We loved staying here! The location is perfect - right across from the park and in a really great area. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was well-stocked with everything we needed, from tea and coffee facilities to a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the outdoor swimming pool. we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel's location on South Michigan Avenue a short walk from the Art Institute and right across the street from Grant Park was perfect. Being so close to the park and all the attractions in the Loop made it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with good quality towels and bed linen. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge.

Located in the heart of the city, it's an ideal spot to explore all the attractions in the area. Close to the airport and easily accessible from the subway. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with excellent bedding and good channels. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. The attached restaurant offers amazing food at reasonable prices, and the bistro-style decor is welcoming.

Some guests have complained about construction noise, thin walls, or outdated facilities.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location on Michigan Ave, right across from the park, is perfect for exploring the city. Had a great Christmas getaway at this hotel! Loved how clean and neat everything was. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. the location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and right by the subway. We also enjoyed the convenience of the nearby parking garage and the great restaurants in the area. a fantastic experience!

The only downside was the bathroom situation. the sliding door didn't fully close and there was a gap between the door and the wall, which meant less privacy.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien Essex in Chicago and was thoroughly impressed. The recently renovated rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a luxurious feel. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the renowned Institute of Art and close to the yacht harbor. Despite the minor issue of no counter space in the bathroom, I was amazed by the prompt response of the maintenance staff when there was an issue with the HVAC system. The mechanic, Steve, arrived at my door within minutes and fixed the problem swiftly. The value for the price was exceptional, making it a great choice for a stay in Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel.
