The front desk employees were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and quiet, exactly what I needed for a good night's sleep. Despite being the petite queen room, it had all the necessary amenities, including a full fridge and microwave. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center. I also appreciated the availability of a parking lot and nearby parking deck for convenience. The interesting artwork on the fourth floor was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again.

I had a one-night stay at Hotel Chicago in the West Loop and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice bedding. The highlight for me was the unique art gallery vibe throughout the hotel. Every floor was adorned with local artists' work, creating a truly immersive experience. Plus, knowing that a portion of the room rates went towards supporting an art therapy program made me feel good about my stay. I would recommend this hotel for art lovers looking for a hidden gem in the city.

just got back from a great stay at a hotel in west loop. awesome customer service, super modern rooms with a fridge and stand-in shower. beds were so comfortable with memory foam - perfect for jet-lag recovery. would stay again just for the beds!
