The location of the property was fantastic, as it was situated in a walkable part of the city. It was conveniently close to the piers and the famous Lombard Street. There were also plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The staff at Bergson were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the ample storage space, especially for longer stays or business trips. The common room was a nice spot to relax and unwind, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel was a great value for the money. The room was equipped with L'Occitane toiletries and a super comfy bed. I loved having my own private patio to enjoy the treed grove. The breakfast, especially the homemade granola, was delicious.

During our stay, we had easy access to some fantastic wineries and were pleased with the location being very close to the centre of town. The cozy room boasted a really great heater in winter and a comfortable bed.

The staff could not keep the ants out of our suitcases, which put a damper on our stay.

The free shuttle around the area and the walking distance to nearby restaurants were definitely convenient. The complementary breakfast was also a nice touch. The location was good for exploring the area and seeing nearby attractions.

The room was quite small and outdated. The furniture and carpets seemed old and worn out.
