I wish the rooms had a coffee maker and a microwave, as these amenities would have added extra convenience to our stay.

Our room wasn't ready despite arriving in the evening, and the suggestion to change in the casino bathroom before dinner was less than ideal. finding flyers for escorts in the room and receiving an unexpected visit from hotel staff raised concerns about operational issues.

the resort is incredibly clean and centrally located. the staff are super friendly and the stadium pool is gigantic! also, the room service is top-notch with great food!

I had the best time at this venue! The location was great, it was easy to find a taxi and go around town. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance, totally added to the experience. The room was exceptional, the bed was so comfy and the amenities were great. I really appreciated the heating and air conditioning, it made me feel right at home. The outdoor swimming pool and rooftop jacuzzi were amazing, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Looking for a taxi? No worries! There are plenty of cabs right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom amenities are superb. The staff is friendly and their prompt service is a plus. Also, the breakfast options are delicious and the fantastic view is definitely worth it.

The checking in process could use some improvement.
