I loved the central location, close to all the main spots in downtown. Great for exploring on foot! the staff was super friendly and always ready to help out. the lounge areas were cozy and perfect for chilling after a day out.

The rooms were like tiny Japanese cubes, barely enough space to move around. the electrical plug by the bed didn't work, had to switch rooms in complete darkness.

Cute lounge areas, comfy beds, blackout shades, nice showers. Clean, modern rooms with a homey feel. High-floor & view option available.

Citizenm in my area impressed me. the cozy, well-designed room was perfect for relaxation. the staff was upbeat, helpful, and the decor fresh and unique. Enjoyed yoga in the gym and laps in the pool. Overall, a fantastic stay!

View choice was limited. Courtyard and content connection issue.

My trip was for leisure, and I stayed at CitizenM for three nights. the room layout was excellent, with a modern and elegant shower. the rooftop pool and lounge were a delightful touch. the hotel's eclectic vibe and self-check-in system made for a unique experience. the staff were welcoming and the decor was fresh and unusual, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Can just recommend this hotel.

It was like having a personal force field against street ruckus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I slept better than a hibernating bear in winter!

I absolutely loved the eclectic vibe of this place during my stay. the staff was incredible, staying cool and friendly even during busy events. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily navigate through the event I was there for and explore the fancy shops on South Congress. the service was top, notch, with a welcome drink upon arrival and a wide range of room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, free toiletries.

This venue may not be for everyone due to the small room size and self, check, in process. However, I would still highly recommend it to others for a unique and comfortable stay.

the hi-tech features caused inconveniences like the wifi going down. The rooftop pool and location were highlights, but the firm bed and small room detracted from the stay.
