Great location and modern design with comfy beds and lovely staff. The lounge area and bar were perfect for hanging out, and the rooftop view was fantastic. Breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were compact yet had everything needed. Highly recommended for a stay in the city.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in a superb location in San Francisco. the staff was welcoming and the room was amazing, with blinds that closed completely for a great night's sleep in the city center. the breakfast was delicious and I was impressed by the high-tech features, like being able to control the room temperature from an iPad. the check-in process was smooth and there was even a guard outside the building. it was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast, though initially seeming expensive, offers fresh food options at a good price. The rooms are small but clean, with a great shower and pleasant scents. The iPads controlling amenities are convenient. a secure and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was located in a great area for foodies. There were many restaurants within walking distance and it was in a touristy spot that made it easy to get around. The room was comfortable and the technology made it stand out from other hotels. Ordering late-night food was fast and delicious. Housekeeping came every day, which was appreciated. The breakfast had a variety of options and was high-quality. The domotic room controls allowed for easy adjustments to the lighting, HVAC, and TV.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being modern and cozy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a 24/7 bar and a comfortable lounge area. We loved the convenience of the BART station right near the hotel, making transportation around the bay area a breeze. The location in the mall was perfect for shopping and dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had a cool tech system that controlled everything from the lights to the temperature, and the best part was that they offered free drinks and breakfast. the location was great, right by the public transportation and close to all the main attractions. I also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room and the cute decoration.

The room was pretty small and I felt a bit cramped. the bathroom setup wasn't the most private, which could be awkward if you're traveling with someone else.

This hotel is sweet! It's near everything and very accessible. You can easily walk to many food places nearby. Whether you want to explore the bay area or just have a stroll around, it's great. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Rooms come with a fabulous view through a lovely big window and a great iron. Breakfast is a must!

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and a variety of food options nearby. The room was also impressive with excellent amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and soundproofed walls, plus free toiletries and the use of an iPad to control the room's features like lights and blinds. The dining restaurant was top-notch, and the staff were always accommodating, providing us with a welcome drink and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The leisure facilities, including a fitness centre, were also great and free Wi-Fi made everything easier.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The room at CitizenM San Francisco Union Square was amazing! I loved the air conditioning, the soundproofing, and having an iPad and flat-screen TV. It made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. As an older guest, these modern amenities made me feel right at home.

The only thing I didn't love was the iPod dock. It's just not something I personally use.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - everything was automated and so simple to use. The hotel felt very safe, with key card access required for entry and the elevators. The staff were amazing and always happy to help. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the fun light system. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, near everything and easily accessible to all parts of the bay area. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and affordable.

I stayed at Citizenm Union Square for a solo trip and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Situated between Union Square and Market, it's in a quieter street with a nice steakhouse restaurant nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The reception area had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with helpful staff. The room itself was perfect for a solo traveler and had a modern and spacious feel. The control of room lighting was a fun touch, although a bit gimmicky. The street-level guard made me feel safe and the noise from the city quieted down by midnight.

Being able to store our luggage and relax in the main lounge area on our last day was a fantastic convenience. the location of the hotel was great, making it easy to explore the city. the modern facilities, such as streaming TV and WiFi, were a nice touch.

The rooms were a little small and lacked storage space, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. the noise from the room on occasion was a bit bothersome.
