The hotel was awesome! The check-in was smooth and the staff were super friendly and professional. Beds were comfy, and everything was spotless and stylish. The bartender was a pro, mixing up the best drink ever with a smile. The rooftop bar with the Capitol view was chill, and the lobby was great for cozying up with a book. Only snag? The moodpad didn't let me keep just night or bright light on, which was a tad annoying. 🍹

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions. the bed was large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. However, the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the small room size could be improved for a more enjoyable stay.

The hotel provided good value with basic amenities and an excellent location. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and amazing shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process was initially difficult, keys didn't work properly, and there was a privacy invasion incident. The rooftop bar had limited hours.

The dining experience at Citizenm Capitol was a treat, with a sleek bar serving up flavorful bites. The nearby Atrium Cafe and CityBar offer tantalizing options for a night out. Plus, the local slang for dining here is on point!

Not a personal fan of the app-controlled lighting setup, but it did add a unique twist. Although close to the National Mall, finding local eateries and amenities requires a bit of a stroll.

our stay at citizenm capitol was simply fantastic! we loved how control of the room was at our fingertips with the ipad provided. the cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the modern design throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby, was impressive. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff, particularly evrim, made our stay extra special with great hospitality. also, the space-saving features and the comfortable bed were a big hit for us.

jengaging with the location was a breeze! right next to the national mall and a hop away from l'enfant plaza station. Whiz to all the dc spots easily. Irony: room size, smaller than a nut!

loved the super clean room and how close everything was. you can practically walk to all the must-see spots. staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us for our anniversary. so cool! also, the tablet in the room let us control everything - even the mood lighting.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. the staff were friendly and very helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. the location was central and close to many of the well-known monuments and museums, which was perfect for visiting Washington. the room was a little bit small, but it felt modern, new, and very comfortable. the decor was lovely, and the check-in and check-out system was efficient.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast menu, which could have more extensive and included more comfort foods. the breakfast was a bit pricey.
