I got great value for my money at Citizenm in the NOMA district. The room was super comfortable and had a hip and efficient feel. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and easy to get along with.

Breakfast items could be improved with a greater variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was very close to Downtown and just a short walk from the Metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were modern and well-stocked. The iPad in the room was a great touch, allowing me to easily control the lights and TV. The staff were friendly and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and reasonably priced compared to nearby alternatives. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

Modern decor with art, close to train station, lobby has stylish art, rooms controlled by iPad, comfortable bed. Plenty of light and color options in rooms, plenty of space for waiting, close to downtown.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect with a metro station just a few steps away, making it easy to explore and visit the Capitol. We were welcomed by the staff with a refreshing drink which made us feel right at home. The room amenities and technology were amazing; we loved controlling everything from the iPad and the flat-screen TV was a plus! The dining area and bar/lounge were also fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful; they made our stay here even better. The leisure room and free Wi-Fi was very convenient too.

The room was super cozy with a comfy pillowtop bed and a flat-screen TV for unwinding after a long day of exploring Washington. The bathroom was amazing with a rainfall showerhead and hydromassage showerhead – perfect for a relaxing shower.

I personally didn't find the iPad in the room very useful.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was close to downtown and had a train station just 5 minutes away. The room was comfortable and had some cool technology, such as changing colour lights and background music. the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient, done through computers.

The food options were limited, with only pizza available for dinner, and the process for ordering food through the app at the bar was confusing and led to late delivery. It would have been nice to have more human connection throughout the hotel.

The shower was a comfortable size, and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee drinks at the bar were well made. We also appreciated the free and reliable internet. With the Metro station just a few minutes away, getting around was a breeze. There were also plenty of seating options in the lobby, perfect for working, reading, or hanging out with friends.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay, even comping our stay when we had a minor inconvenience with a water leak. The modern and sleek design of the hotel was impressive, with everything controlled by an iPad. The location was also a plus, being conveniently located close to Union Station and providing great views of the city.

The lack of parking available, forcing us to rely on Uber during our stay. The lack of privacy in the bathroom was also a concern, as the glass door and lack of soundproofing made it difficult to have any privacy.
