I stayed at City House hostel for a week on a solo trip. the location was perfect, close to Bourbon Street. the daily happy hour with free drinks helped me meet people from around the world. the staff, especially Meg, made me feel at home. Clean rooms and enjoyable nightly activities added to the experience. I'll definitely be back soon, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and helpful team.

My week-long stay at City House was fantastic. the staff, particularly Brandom and Lais, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the all-gender bathrooms were a great touch, and the common areas were spacious and well-equipped. I enjoyed the happy hour events and the opportunity to socialize. the central location made exploring the city easy, and the comfortable beds allowed for a good night's rest. the knowledgeable staff, like Victoria and Von, made my experience memorable with their recommendations and guidance. Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I enjoyed the comfortable bunk bed in my private room and the well-equipped shared kitchen. the free drinks during happy hour from 7 pm to 8 pm, along with board games, created a vibrant atmosphere to connect with other guests. the staff, particularly Lukas, were exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring a great stay. The perfect location allowed for easy exploration of the vibrant French Quarter. Cons: Nothing to complain about.

I always return for my getaway. At my first visit, they helped me with sim cards. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, Electric kettle, Air conditioning, Game room, 24-hour reception. Perfect for me.

The common areas were clean and welcoming, and the staff, like Jamal and Sheila, were exceptional. the location was great, right in the heart of the French Quarter, making it easy to walk around. Additionally, the atmosphere was very cozy, and it was enjoyable meeting travelers from all around the globe.

The first impression upon entering the building was negative due to the rundown appearance and unpleasant smell. There were no windows, leading to a mold problem, and some staff members crossed boundaries, making the stay uncomfortable.
