😍 the pool opposite my room was just fab! but the bus timings for universal were a joke😒, had to walk a long way. But the free shuttle saved us tons! 🚌🌴

Enjoyed the fresh-made breakfast, especially the slow but delicious order. Rooms were dark but clean. The staff was super friendly. LOVED the swimming pool! Would probably choose it again. The actual swimming pool area was nicer than in the photos!

Although the coffee wasn't complimentary and the bathroom door frames had scratches from pets, enjoying daily coffee at the breakfast shop was a highlight. Despite a disappointing check-in experience and issues with room features, the location, friendly staff, and cleanliness made the stay bearable, especially for a trip to Universal Studios.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing break, and the hotel's proximity to Universal's Islands of Adventure, Orlando International Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios Florida allowed us to easily explore nearby landmarks, enhancing our family bonding experience.

I absolutely adored the lobby's cozy decor with its comfortable armchairs and beautiful, elegant flower arrangements. The general areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior folks like myself to navigate. The accessibility to the nearby theme park was a huge plus, with the shuttle service making it effortless for older guests to enjoy their time in Orlando.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff's children for a more enjoyable vacation for senior people.

Shuttles to the park are handy and the staff all around, in the hotel and restaurant, were super friendly. Loved the little breakfast shop for quick bites and the nearby Starbucks came in clutch for my morning pick-me-up. The relaxation options were on point with a refreshing outdoor pool and cool sun terrace, perfect for chilling out. The noise from the nearby highway was a bit of a bummer as we heard every single sound at night, making it tough to catch some zzz's, but overall, the experience was 👌.
