The hotel had a great location close to downtown but in a quiet area with a walking path nearby. The shuttle bus service provided transportation within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot foods available.

Staff was amazing, very humorous! They offered complimentary cocktails upon check-in, which was unexpected but a great touch. the room was much larger than expected and the breakfast was a delightful addition to the stay.

The furniture looked old and beat up, giving the hotel a somewhat unkempt appearance. the TVs were outdated and had plastic bezels that made them look even older.

We had an incredible time at Clarion! We were in town for the CrossFit Games and wished we had booked earlier to stay longer. Mike, one of the staff members, was a fantastic bloke and made our stay memorable. The room was great and the breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out were convenient and the spacious breakfast area served many people. a comfortable and clean suite with excellent service. We will definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel lost power for a day, which resulted in no working elevators or WiFi. It was inconvenient, especially for someone traveling for work who needed Internet access.

The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate and the Alliant Energy Center. We loved the option of having suites, which helped us save money on dining out. The room had a spacious countertop outside the bathroom, perfect for getting ready in the morning. Additionally, our room was available earlier than expected, allowing us to check-in and settle in right away.
