Text: The breathtaking vistas of Lake Superior and the Superior National Forest took my breath away. The variety of outdoor activities, from hiking to snowshoeing, kept me busy. Oh, and the continental breakfast had some great loon music. Not!

The room had a beautiful view of Lake Superior right from the balcony and the bed. The staff was welcoming and provided immediate assistance. The room was clean with pine siding, giving it a North Shore vibe. The microwave and refrigerator were in pristine condition.

I felt like a part of their family, as they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. No request was too much trouble.

Truly right on the shore of the lake, with a balcony overlooking the water. Clean and comfortable room with cozy furnishings and a rustic pine decor. Friendly and helpful staff, always available when needed. Amazing views of Lake Superior, especially from the bed and balcony.

We got excellent value for our money at Cliff Dweller. The room was cozy and had amazing views of Lake Superior even during the rainy weather. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, changing our reservation without any hassle and even sending a reminder for the updated night. The location was perfect for biking on the Gitchi Gami state trail and exploring the North Shore.

The hotel breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of options. A wider selection would make the breakfast experience even better.

The value for the money at Cliff Dweller On Lake Superior was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking Lake Superior provided breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their recommendations for restaurants in the area exceeded our expectations.

The only thing that could make breakfast choices better would be to have a coffee maker and coffee in the room.

Our stay at a quaint hotel on the shores of a beautiful lake was exceptional! The location was perfect, and we loved having a small deck to enjoy the stunning views. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, quickly resolving any issues that arose. The room with the king-size bed was comfortable, clean, and had a perfect view. The minimal furniture didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed the beautiful views and appreciated the helpful staff. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly accommodation! The location was absolutely breathtaking, as it overlooked the stunning Lake Superior and was conveniently located on the bike path. The room was clean and had a charming pine siding decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, promptly resolving any issues I had. the private deck was a favorite spot of mine to relax and enjoy the peaceful view. I also appreciated the new microwave and refrigerator in the room.

I did notice that some areas of the facility were in need of updates and had a slightly musty smell.

We had a wonderful time at Cliff Dweller. Todd and Michele were great hosts, making our stay in Tofte perfect. The location was ideal for exploring the North Shore, with easy access to the lake, hills, and state parks for hiking and skiing. The views from our balcony were beautiful, overlooking Lake Superior. Breakfast was included and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again!

I had an amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, with a rustic feel that I loved. The location was perfect, right on the lakefront, offering stunning views of Lake Superior from every room's balcony. The staff were wonderful, always helpful and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to explore the North Shore.

The only thing I wish could be improved is the breakfast selection. It could use some more variety and flavor to make it even better.
