During my transit in New York, I stayed at Club Quarters Grand Central and found the hotel's location to be extremely convenient, as LaGuardia airport is just 15 km away. The colorful candy bar and assistive listening devices for meetings were unique and added a touch of novelty to the stay.

The situation was a bit perplexing, but I'm hopeful that the management will resolve this issue promptly.

The hotel offers modern and comfortable guest rooms with basic amenities, ensuring a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine served at 5 pm, creating a lovely atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

One minor setback during my stay was the slight inconvenience of staff members knocking on the door after I was granted a half-hour late check-out. The interruptions were a bit unexpected and disrupted my departure process.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Perfect for a short trip to NYC. Excellent location, easy to get around. Spacious, modern, and clean room. Loved the rooftop living room and terrace. Free water bottles and coffee machine upstairs. Would definitely return!

Oh, let me tell you about the soundproofing, it's simply magnificent! I could hear every single car passing by, even on the 16th floor.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy with an amazing mattress and a quiet, efficient heating system. The location near Grand Central Station was super convenient and the staff was young, energetic, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could be improved.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The Superior size room we stayed in was clean and had modern furnishings. The bed was extremely cozy, and we had a great night's sleep. The room was a good size for New York City standards, and we appreciated the wardrobe armoire for convenient storage. The hotel also provided a Kureig coffee maker, although we preferred to go to the 27th floor lounge for the 24-hour high-end coffee machine. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We encountered a couple of issues during our stay. The comforter in our room was ripped, which was a disappointment.

Plus, they were quick to address any issues, like noise outside the rooms. the rooftop area was a definite highlight, with its great views and the convenience of ordering food and drinks. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel for three days and everything was great! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had newer fixtures and hot water on demand. The room had good temperature control and all the amenities, like coffee, TV, and electrical outlets, were neatly packed into a small space. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many attractions. The hotel's safety measures, like using the room card to activate the elevator, made me feel secure. The smart TV and filtered water option with provided bottles were also highlights. The snacks and terrace on the top floor were a wonderful way to start the day!

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything and right next to Central Station. It's away from the very busy Times Square area, which is nice. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed, newer fixtures in the bathroom, and hot water on demand.
