we had a great stay at Club Quarters Wacker Michigan. the bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the free coffee, refreshments, and snacks. the front desk agent, Pedro, was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, close to subway stations with a lovely view.

My room had all I needed, fantastic staff like Liz provided early check-in, and Pedro was the best manager ever! Convenient location, excellent water, ice machines, and laundry. Elevator wait times were a downside though. a great stay for exploring Chicago day and night.

The issue with the pillows was a minor inconvenience, as we needed more pillows for our stay but had to explain our request multiple times.

While the elevator can be a bit problematic at times, the convenience and beauty of the surroundings more than make up for it. the free coffee and tea lounge on level two is a nice touch for planning your day ahead. However, the bulky pillows and double charging incidents might need improvement for a more comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent - you can easily walk everywhere, use Uber/Lyft, hop on a tour bus, or even grab a water taxi to explore downtown Chicago. It's close to all notable activities, like the Magnificent Mile, the Art Institute of Chicago, Grant Park, and Navy Pier. the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly, efficient, and competent. the rooms are comfy and offer great views of the river. Plus, the free wifi and gym are handy additions.

One thing that could be improved is the elevator situation, especially during busy times it can take a while to get up to your room. It might be a good idea for the hotel to look into faster elevator service to enhance the guest experience.

The fitness center at Club Quarters Hotel is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, a cross trainer, a universal weight machine, free weights. Staying on top of my fitness routine was a breeze with such a well-maintained and versatile selection of workout options.

The TV and internet were both faulty and would cut in & out on us.

The view overlooking the river walk was stunning, and the location was convenient with shops and eateries nearby. Check-in was quick, and the room, though small, was clean with good WiFi. However, the double charge and compact beds were drawbacks. Overall, a decent stay marred by some hiccups.
