Clean rooms with new TVs and beds, pleasant smell, and great shower/bath. Friendly and professional check-in staff.

The staff member at check-in was friendly. There was a power outage, but hot water was still available. Water pressure was poor in the room and caused backup. The bed was uncomfortable and coffee was not provided. Despite breakfast being closed, no alternative was offered. Some staff members were not polite. The room had a faulty chair.

The hotel facilities were good, and we really appreciated having a fridge and microwave in our room. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the clean smelling rooms to the spotless shower and bath. I recently stayed at Coastside Inn for a quick overnight stop along my journey. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was convenient with ample parking. Despite being right off the highway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Plus, it was within walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. I also appreciated the strong shower head, comfortable beds and pillows, as well as the added convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room.

We were evacuated due to fires, and Coastside really stepped up to accommodate us and our animals. The taqueria next door was a hit with my daughter. Being able to walk to the beach with our dog was a bonus. The staff provided extra towels and understood pet needs. The WiFi worked well, allowing my husband to work. I would now recommend it to friends for a weekend getaway. Our room was larger and had a better shower than my parents' hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Hwy 1 for peak season. The office staff was available 24/7, and the price was affordable. The room was like a spacious, two-bedroom apartment, perfect for my family. It was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was excellent. The location was convenient for both the main beach and grocery shopping. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The room was like a spacious two-bedroom apartment, perfect for families. Impressive setup and great for those on a budget. Our kids had their own room while we had ours, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also a short distance from the main beach in Half Moon Bay.
