Arriving slightly early for check, in, I rang the bell and patiently waited at Coho. Despite the initial quiet, a friendly female helped me access my room promptly, making my stay stress, free. the well, equipped kitchen and cozy atmosphere were a delight. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel.

The common area with a cozy fireplace was a great spot to socialize with fellow travelers or relax solo. the staff, especially Tolga, were fantastic - friendly and accommodating. Additionally, having free lockers in the room provided added security for belongings.

I would have preferred not to have to climb stairs, as I didn't receive clear instructions on emergency contacts or staff availability after business hours and on weekends. Additionally, the lack of duvet covers for the comforters made me question the hygiene standards in the room.

It was convenient to have my own locker with a key, and the small towels provided in the bathroom were a nice touch. the gardens on the property were lovely to explore, and the staff were attentive and helpful.
