The location was convenient, near shops and restaurants. However, noise disrupted our rest, and breakfast disappointingly lacked variety and timing. The beds were uncomfortable, one even made a loud noise. On the bright side, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating with towels and linen.

Colonial House Motel was affordable, in a good location. Polite employees. Room updated nicely, good size. Great indoor heated pool after a day of walking. Walking distance to the Old Mill, river, and park. Outdoor pool slide loved by kids.

It was a good way to start the day and the price of the facility made it even better.
