Perfect match for a couple of nights in Pigeon Forge with reasonable price. Bed was comfy.

Rooms are clean and well-equipped, with plenty of plugs for devices. The pool is awesome, and we made great memories with the kids!

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but still reasonable.

Mixed Experience but Potential for Improvement

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though the dining area felt cramped. The location is convenient for local attractions, and they’re in the process of developing a new indoor pool, which could enhance future stays.

We hit up Dollywood with the craziest rides and shows. Comedy Barn was just a hop away, making us laugh non-stop. Definitely a vibe for teens seeking a good time.

Only thing missing? A rad, on-site dance floor where we could bust some moves and party the night away!

The promised breakfast wasn’t available, and the pool repairs were not addressed promptly. Wi-Fi connectivity was disappointing, too. The elevator had issues but was resolved quickly. I found some overlooked cleanliness aspects, which need attention. For the price, it’s a decent option, but consistency in service and cleanliness is essential for a more enjoyable stay. Improvements are needed to uphold a higher standard.
