The hotel had a really beautiful atmosphere, and the rooms were nicely decorated. I also liked that there were various buildings within the property, which gave it a unique touch. Additionally, the continental breakfast and afternoon snacks provided were a nice bonus.

One major downside was the lack of a mini refrigerator in the room. It would have been really helpful to have a place to keep drinks and snacks cool.

I had an incredible stay at the Colonial Inn. The rooms in the barn were gorgeous and spacious, offering great value for the price. The hotel facilities were modern and cozy, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Tracy the innkeeper, were super friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to Smithville and nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was a delicious continental spread, and the afternoon snacks were a nice touch.

The room was comfortable with an awesome bed. Bathroom had a soaker tub and oversized shower. Late check-in was accommodated by Tracy, the innkeeper. Spacious barn rooms with great value. Shared porch to dry towels. Cozy modern room with great amenities.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the village. the shops and restaurants were all within walking distance, which made it very convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the unique items available for purchase, which made our Christmas shopping experience more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful unique experience here. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the shopping village, and the staff were amazing. They gave us complimentary tea and coffee, cookies and breakfast in a basket. We loved the spacious and luxurious room amenities, like the heating, free toiletries, carpeted floor and the flat-screen tv. There were plenty of facilities here too, like the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area. We also appreciated the free wi-fi and paid parking. This place is highly recommended to anyone!
