I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The location right on the bay offered stunning views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Colonial Shores! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We booked our room in advance and were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully renovated one-bedroom with a direct view of Tiana Bay and the resort pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge and modern cooker, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom had ample storage and the bathroom had everything we needed. The bungalow was cleaned daily and had a small balcony overlooking the estuary. The property was well-maintained with colorful gardens, and we loved the free use of grills and fire pits. This unique spot was well worth the money!

Well-appointed pool with lounge chairs and tables. Close to beaches and dining. Lovely water view from some rooms. Comfortable mattress.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel on the bay for a weekend getaway. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and offered a picturesque view from the outside. The hotel provided kayaks and other water activities, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, there were fire pits available, although more information on their usage would have been helpful. Despite a few minor things, the experience was very positive and I would definitely return.

Kind, informative front desk staff. Great spot for the money. Nice beach/dock with amazing views. Laundry facility available. Stop n shop grocery store and restaurants nearby. Need a car to get around. Coffee maker, ice tray, small bag of ice, and ice machine available. Bring your own mug. TV with streaming services. Ant issue, but not a big problem. Beaches nearby, must see over Ponquogue bridge. South Hampton my favorite, cool art galleries, restaurants, park, bay, and more parking for the beach.

The living area was comfortable and the bedroom had ample storage. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The resort had a walkway down to the boat dock, where we enjoyed breathtaking views. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

We did experience a few minor issues, such as occasional loss of hot water in the shower and some ants in the room. However, these did not significantly impact our stay.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the cozy and clean rooms of this affordable hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a grocery store, gas station, laundromat.

One negative aspect of our stay was the noise issue we encountered. Since we were on the first floor, noise from the room above us kept us awake until late at night.

I loved the picnic tables with a BBQ for anyone to use and the fire pit during the evening. It gave me such a relaxing vibe, and the waterfront loungers and chairs were a great bonus.
