We stayed for a week on a road trip across Alaska. the 2nd-floor apartment in the main building was impeccably clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. the fully stocked kitchen and large washer/dryer were exceptional. Marty, the site manager, provided excellent customer service. the view of the mountains was stunning, and the amenities were top-notch.

The place was so modern and fresh, everything looked brand new! the kitchen had all we needed, even a washer/dryer for our road trip laundry. the neighborhood was super quiet, and we could walk to downtown easily. the customer service was fantastic; they even stored our luggage when we arrived early. Marty, the manager, was a gem. the suite was beautifully decorated and private, making us feel right at home.

There was a bit of a mix, up at check, in, but the staff fixed it quickly and were really nice about it. the pull, out couch was not the most comfortable to sleep on, a bit lumpy.

I always return for a romantic escape. Staff guided me on local attractions; unforgettable! Amenities include free Wi-Fi, parking, flat-screen TV, dryer. Perfect place for me: hiking, cycling, fishing, golf, skiing. No pets, non-smoking rooms, cot available. Best choice, always satisfied.

My recent stay at Colony Suites was exceptional. The property was very clean, cute, and comfortable. I especially loved the cozy scandi/nordic design feel of the house. The kitchen appliances were amazing, and the bed was super comfy. The shower was by far the best I've had in two weeks of traveling. The self check-in and check-out process was convenient, and the house manual provided all the necessary information. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like cooking oils, brand toiletries, and laundry supplies. The view of the mountains was stunning, and the suite had all the amenities I could possibly need. I highly recommend staying at Colony Suites if you're visiting Palmer.

While the suite was near perfect, I did notice a distinct old odor upon first entering the room. Additionally, there were only two towels provided for our two-night stay, and it would have been nice to have clean towels for each day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The room was newly remodeled and in excellent condition, with a modern and inviting decor. Spent New Year's in a great place! the place was modern, clean, and just wonderful! the size was perfect and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was located close to great food and coffee places and even the Friday farmer's market was just a short walk away! Parking was ample and having a great space to relax and refuel was awesome!
