I couldn't believe how much value I got for my money at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf, and the staff treated me with such kindness and helpfulness.

Plus, it was conveniently located near a fantastic Italian restaurant established in the 1850s. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities were top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking, which was a definite bonus. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to popular attractions. the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. the free parking was a much-appreciated bonus, saving us money compared to other hotels in the area.

One downside was the lack of coffee/tea available in the room. We had to walk a block to get our morning caffeine fix, which was a minor inconvenience.

Great value for the location, with free parking in North Beach. Safe neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Accommodating staff. New quieter heater/air conditioning units. We felt taken care of. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location! Just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and other popular areas like Little Italy and Chinatown. the hotel is also close to a cable car station, making it easy to explore the city. Free parking was a major advantage as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot and could walk everywhere.

The only minor downside was the lack of a kettle in the room. It would have been nice to have one for a quick cup of tea or coffee.

Great location for sightseeing, plenty of transportation options nearby including cable cars and buses. Large, comfortable room with a nice balcony. Helpful and friendly staff that were able to accommodate last-minute date changes. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being close to North Beach, the piers, and all kinds of public transport. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with comfortable beds and some even have a little balcony. Plus, breakfast is included!
