The room and the bed were very comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the hot breakfast served at the hotel, it was a nice way to start the day. The lady who cooked and stocked everything was friendly and did a great job. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this place! It's just a stone's throw from the local park, which is perfect for families like us who want to spend time outside while in the area during the summer. The room amenities were great too – we had everything we needed, from heating and air conditioning to a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful – we were able to get room service and housekeeping whenever we needed it.

During our stay, we were impressed by the hotel's great location, with access to a patio area and a nearby local park off of 18th St. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Additionally, the staff was welcoming and provided helpful recommendations on places to dine in the area during the summer.

The pool could have been cleaner with a dirty film and hair floating in the water, making us feel uncomfortable during our swim.

They went above and beyond when my youngest grandson got a blister on his heel from walking at a nearby park. The hotel did not have any Band-Aids available, but one of the staff members graciously gave us one that she had. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the well-kept rooms to the tidy lobby and hallways. The comfortable beds with nice comforters made for a great night's sleep. The spacious bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it only took us less than 10 minutes to get to the local park. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to a CVS, Dollar store, and several fast food options. The friendly and helpful front desk manager made our stay even better. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the building, as it seemed to have been recently renovated. the bathroom, main room, and linen were all clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating, despite being short-staffed. They were helpful with local area questions. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Holiday World was a major advantage for me.

On the downside, the hotel was understaffed, which resulted in some inconveniences. We had to empty our own trash daily, and there was a lack of availability in dining areas in town.

We loved how convenient Comfort Inn was to Holiday World. The tall ceilings in the rooms made them feel spacious and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel had several fast food places nearby that were open late, which was convenient for us as adults and for the kids. The breakfast had a nice variety and we appreciated the lemon water available in the lobby.
