I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, as it was directly across the street from the outlet mall, making it super convenient for shopping. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that had all the amenities I needed, such as a fridge, microwave, and a large TV. The free breakfast was delicious and definitely better than most fast food restaurants. The staff was amazing and always went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I had a great stay. this hotel exceeded my expectations and was well worth the price.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at Wingate By Wyndham. The king suite was spacious and the bed was incredibly cozy. Karen, the evening manager, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even fixing the TV in our room. The location was perfect for our needs and the motel was clean and fresh smelling. We appreciated the 24-7 coffee and fruit availability.

We were impressed with the hotel's prompt response to our pool issue and their fair compensation. the staff was friendly, and we appreciated the clean room and plentiful pillows and towels. a great value and we would definitely stay here again.

We were also pleased with how the hotel took our complaint about the pool being out of order seriously and compensated us fairly. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of hot and cold options such as fresh waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt, bagels. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing ample pillows and towels. We particularly enjoyed our King room with a sitting area and spa bath. it was a delightful experience, especially for families.

During our Christmas stay in Grove City, we were pleased with two main aspects of the hotel. the staff was pleasant and accommodating, making our check-in process quick and easy. They were also helpful in providing us with information about nearby restaurants and their specialties. Secondly, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were delighted to have a hot tub in our room, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks to our Christmas stay. we were disappointed to find that the pool was not functional, which was not communicated to us beforehand.
