The location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to the main attractions in the area. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including delicious yogurt and waffles.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and gave me back pain. Additionally, the quality of the eggs at breakfast was disappointing, as they seemed to have been reheated and lacked flavor.

Best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the friendly and helpful staff, who promptly addressed any issues that arose, and the clean and comfortable rooms. the location was also very convenient, being close to the highway and within a short driving distance of various attractions. Another advantage was the availability of a pool and fitness center, although I did not personally have a chance to use them.

Worst aspects of my stay included the lack of towels at the pool, which was a bit inconvenient for guests who had not brought their own. Additionally, the breakfast could have been improved by offering cheese and some protein options like ham or bacon.

As a former college student in the Pioneer Valley area, I always choose Comfort Inn for my end-of-year visits to see family and friends. The staff are friendly, helpful, and smart. The beds are extremely comfortable and supportive, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is ideal, being equidistant from downtown Northampton and Amherst. It's a quiet home away from home where I can rest and recharge, while still being close to the happening areas. The wifi and air conditioning/heating always work flawlessly, which is not always the case in my travels. I can always depend on Comfort Inn!

I recently stayed at Rodeway Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and clean bedding. The motel staff were friendly and did their best to assist us. The room had a fridge, microwave, and a convenient charging station. The fact that we could open the window was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for its good price and basic accommodations.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible facilities and friendly staff.
