The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy our adventurous appetites. The hotel bed was so comfortable that we had the best night's sleep we've had in a long time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, providing us with a comfortable and hygienic environment. The availability of an on-site laundry room was a great addition for longer stays and unexpected mishaps. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling through East Tennessee. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of having a good restaurant within walking distance. The staff at check-in was excellent and even called later to make sure everything was okay. The early breakfast option was a great bonus for us, as we like to hit the road early. we had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn Harriman and would recommend it to others.

The value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to my family, restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding when my grandson accidentally hit the panic button in the elevator. They handled it calmly and canceled the unnecessary rescue. The only small improvement that could be made to the breakfast options would be to have a more varied selection of pancake mix available.

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfy and clean, which made me feel right at home. The outside pool was well-maintained and my daughter enjoyed swimming in it.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The breakfast was free, but the orange juice tasted strange, like cough syrup mixed in.

The hotel was in a great location right off the freeway, making it easy to access from the interstate. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and the Knoxville area was only a short drive away. The room with a King bed was comfortable and the basic amenities were provided. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from, including tasty sausage gravy that my husband loved.
