I recently stayed at The Gregory for 5 nights during my annual visit to west 35th Street. The hotel has a lovely European charm, with a small and cozy atmosphere. The king bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the noise level was pleasantly quiet. I also appreciated the inclusion of a daily dry cleaning service for one shirt. The attached restaurant, Brendan, offered delicious food that was reasonably priced. I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

The location was perfect, close to popular attractions like the Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden, yet away from the noise of Times Square. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff hospitality.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient to get around the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with our needs. the rooms were relatively large and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a long day exploring.

there was no room service available, which was inconvenient as we had to go out for food and drinks. the hotel bar was not operational, forcing us to explore other options for evening drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional customer service, from the friendly desk staff to the helpful housekeeping and maintenance teams. However, I must give a special shoutout to Gooby the Concierge, whose remarkable service really stood out. The hotel's central location made it easy to get around this city, and the clean and spacious rooms provided a quiet and comfortable stay. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the refreshing fresh fruit-flavored water.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in New York City and I must say, it was fantastic. The location was so convenient because it was so close to everything including a 10-15 minute walk to MSG, here was one block from Macy's with Irish & Korean restaurants across the street, and it was awesome being so close to Times Square, perfect for going to the theatre. The service at this place was absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating. The staff were beyond friendly, very professional, nice and took care of its customers. The amenities were top-notch, with facilities like a fitness center and a bar/lounge area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in New York City.

In terms of improvements, I would say that the staff were quite inattentive, disinterested and at times dismissive, which is a shame as it tarnishes the lovely staff in the hotel slightly. However, despite this minor drawback, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, top-notch amenities, and overall quality of service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Wi-Fi and the availability of coffee and tea in the mornings. The barman at the attached restaurant was also very helpful. The hotel's proximity to popular attractions and a mainline tube station made exploring the city a breeze. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was located in the heart of Manhattan, with great subway connections right next door. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning and a sitting area, plus all the amenities I needed like a hair dryer and ironing facilities. The on-site dining restaurant was fantastic and the staff at the bar really made me feel at home. The 24-hour reception and friendly staff made everything so easy and stress-free.
