We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The staff was the best we encountered on our entire trip. Our reservation issue was quickly resolved at a better rate by the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel smelled fresh. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the beautiful bike-walking trail in the park. The beds were very comfortable, and the fluffy towels were a nice touch. We didn't have breakfast, but the coffee was excellent. it was a pleasure to stay here and we will likely choose this hotel again when visiting family in the area.

The pool area was great and very clean. We enjoyed lounging and swimming, but the towels kept running out and we had to wait until they had been replenished. we had a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were the best out of all the places I stayed on my trip. They quickly resolved a reservation issue at a better rate and were exceedingly helpful and polite. We all shared laughs over freezing weather and computer mishaps. I especially want to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk, who I believe was the owner/manager. The location of the hotel is perfect for accessing the Heart of Ohio & Kokosing trail. It was so convenient to bring my grandkids here, as we could easily ride the trails to the Ariel Foundation park and Gambier to see the steam engine #63 and caboose. The Music & Art Festival also added to our enjoyable stay.
