Stayed one night for the Blue Ridge Marathon, about a mile from start/finish line. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices. Safe parking close by. Fairly quiet. Clean and comfortable facility. Perfect location for Miss Virginia Competition at Bergland Center and Hotel Roanoke. Quiet and clean. Amazing front desk staff. Close enough to downtown to walk. Half the price of Hotel Roanoke and Doubletree, but definitely a step up from budget motels in the area. Worth the extra money.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Roanoke with my 3-year-old daughter. The late check-in was made quick and easy by the sweet and understanding front desk staff. The breakfast selection and quality exceeded my expectations, and the gentleman at the front desk during check-out was very nice and informed me about the rewards program. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean with newer sheets and towels, and the location was fantastic.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed with the convenience of Comfort Inn Roanoke. It is located just a short drive away from downtown and the Mall, making it easy to explore the area. The Taubman Museum, with its local artwork and interesting exhibitions, was a highlight. The hotel staff went above and beyond, especially when bad weather caused me to extend my stay. They were extremely pleasant and helpful in making the arrangements.

During my xmas stay, I liked that the rooms were neat and clean, with fresh smells. the staff were helpful and pleasant, making the overall experience enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to key highway and food options for dinner.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the noise from other guests late at night was disruptive and made the check, in process chaotic.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable. Looks almost like a brand new hotel. Price was reasonable and the location is convenient to both the Jefferson Center and Berglund Center, where we have dance comps. The ladies at the front desk/breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection of hot and cold foods which was included in the price. Nice having a microwave and mini-refrig in room. The check-in staff member was very friendly and immediately accommodated my request to be changed to a room close to the elevator. They even upgraded me to a larger, closer room at no additional charge!
