The staff was understanding and offered free late check-out. The breakfast room had good food, especially the waffles. The beds were comfortable, towels plentiful, and the atmosphere quiet. It was a good place to stay.

The pet-friendly rooms are a plus for those who travel with their furry friends. The gym is well-equipped and offers a variety of equipment for a good workout.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, as there were complaints about seeing stuff in the shower and having to clean it upon arrival.

I had the best stay out of all the hotels I visited on my trip. The check-in and checkout processes were quick and easy. The breakfast that was included was fresh and delicious, giving me a perfect start to my day. The room was modern, clean, and everything was in working order. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, situated between two restaurants and close to everything else I needed. The staff, especially the morning staff, were incredibly nice. I also appreciated that the hotel had laminate flooring in the room, making it a pet-friendly option.

Very clean and friendly hotel staff who were helpful during our last, minute check, in. the breakfast provided was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was convenient for our needs.

The bathroom counter was too small to accommodate the ice container and coffee machine, which made it difficult for my wife to have space for her make, up items. the room was in need of remodeling and some equipment needed repair or replacement, such as the bathroom door and the mini, fridge.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast selection was okay, but it would be great to have another breakfast meat option like bacon. Checking in with my reservation already made was a breeze. I loved that our room was at the end of the hall. my visit to Rocky Mount was great and Comfort Inn made it even better.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Rocky Mount Sports Complex. the staff at Comfort Inn went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were understanding when I had car troubles and even offered me a later check-out time at no additional cost. the room was clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast room had delicious food, especially the waffles. the staff followed all the precautions and were super nice. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

The sealed box bed is perfect for those traveling with curious pets. The breakfast of eggs, sausage & waffles was excellent.
