Attended the KY Square Dance Convention for a night. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Full breakfast provided, excellent and rare these days. Coffee available 24/7. Close to restaurants and attractions. Budget-friendly rates. Maintenance issues addressed promptly.

We got great value for our money, as they upgraded us to a suite with comfy beds. The hotel location was quiet and the staff treated us with a pleasant and friendly attitude.

The staff was exceptional, checking in/out was easy, and they were incredibly nice. They went above and beyond by offering to provide forgotten toiletries. The rooms were clean and comfortable like you would expect.

The housekeeping service was poor. Our room had a propped open door, a smell of cigarette smoke and body odor, and dirty and stained bedding.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a warm hello and a smile. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and made it easy for us to come and go during our multiple day fishing trip at Lake Cumberland. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were also able to take another fishing trip in this area. The handicap suite bathrooms were well-designed and provided all the necessary amenities.

During my recent stay at Comfort Inn Somerset, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. I particularly appreciated the soft and fresh bath towels provided. The breakfast variety was excellent, with a delicious selection including sausage, waffles, and scrambled eggs. The breakfast attendant, "Mama D," was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
