Our stay at Comfort Inn was exceptional! We were in town for a funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our changing plans. the hotel is new, clean, and the front desk staff were outstanding! the breakfast was satisfying with various protein options, and the room amenities like a real closet and spacious bathroom added extra comfort. the location was convenient for us despite the distance to our family in Tecumseh.

The location was perfect, close to Hidden Lake Gardens where we had events. the facilities were clean, and we had a quiet night's sleep. Loved the real closet and big bathroom – really comfy bed and pillows!

We faced issues with the staff's attitudes - some were cold and acted like they were doing us a favor. the breakfast wasn't impressive, and the showers lacked convenient shelves for toiletries.

The first time, staff helped with directions which I appreciate. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center, saltwater pool. I love no smoking policy. I am coming back for Christmas!

The breakfast options were filling and provided a decent amount of protein with fresh fruits, yogurt, and breakfast meats. the fresh juice was good as well. the staff was willing to help and understand, especially during a difficult time like a funeral. the location was clean and fresh, with lots on amenities.

The location was further from where we wanted to be and there was no Uber/taxi service. We had a hard time getting to the airport from the hotel without a car as there were no public transport options available.
