The location of this hotel couldn't be better, as it is right in the middle of everything. It's conveniently situated in the main shopping area, with lots of stores and excellent restaurants just a stone's throw away. The service from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The guy who looked after the breakfast room deserves a special mention for his cheerful and helpful attitude. The basic amenities provided in our room were satisfactory. The room was clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. Although a little outdated, it was well stocked and conveniently located just a few doors down from the pool, which had great hours for my kids' enjoyment. There was a decent variety of choices, and it was easy to access. Although the lone staff member serving breakfast had a lot on her plate, she worked hard to keep up with the demand.

As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi King suite, which was a nice perk. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and the bed was just the right firmness. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and filling, and the hotel had a festive lobby with a cozy fireplace. this hotel was superior to others in the area, offering excellent facilities and great value for money.

There were times when I had trouble finding someone at the front desk when I needed assistance.

We had a great experience staying at the Riverfront Inn. the location turned out to be perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the attractions in Seaside. the hotel itself was modern and our room had a beautiful view of the river. the staff were friendly and quickly addressed any issues, such as a leak in the sink plumbing. the breakfast each morning was hot and fresh, and our kids especially loved the waffles. Plus, the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a bonus for us.
