The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the noise levels were disruptive, especially on the first floor. Walls were thin, causing disturbances from staff conversations late at night and early morning alarms.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and was impressed by the spacious room, friendly staff, well-equipped gym, and overall cleanliness. It provided the typical Holiday Inn experience, but with an extra touch of warmth and comfort that made my stay truly memorable.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel in a convenient location close to shopping centers and restaurants. The clean rooms were equipped with refreshing bathrooms to cater to my needs, and the service staff was always available for any assistance. The breakfast was well-stocked, and there were various options to choose from. The hotel premises had a pool that was unfortunately not suitably hidden from view, but that didn't detract from my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel had many facilities and room advantages like easy accessibility to the hotel's front desk, new bedding and towels, and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is in a prime location, just across from the Hard Rock Casino, making it easy to access all the entertainment the area has to offer. the staff was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful front desk attendant, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the rooms were modern, clean, and very well-kept.

the shower handle was a bit difficult to work, so we had to take extra time to adjust the temperature to our liking. there were a few bugs in the pool due to some circulation issues, but we were assured that maintenance was scheduled to fix the problem the next day.
