There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the check, in process was a bit confusing, as the older gentleman at the front desk did not take my discount card and charged my credit card before I even arrived at the hotel.

My recent stay at Comfort Inn was fantastic! I was in town for a quick business trip and stayed for two nights. Despite being short staffed, the hotel was incredibly accommodating. The manager, Kim, was understanding when our suite was not properly stocked and quickly moved us to another suite. The front desk staff was courteous and patient, especially when helping with a wi-fi issue. The breakfast was delicious and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I also loved that housekeeping was on-demand and the hotel's location near Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters was a bonus!
