The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, providing a safe and enjoyable stay. The complimentary breakfast smelled amazing, even though I didn't have the chance to try it. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from extra pillows to exceptional customer service. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my stay in this city.

The room was clean and equipped with basic amenities like a microwave and fridge, and our bathroom had good water pressure. Breakfast was average, with hot sausage and eggs, though the doors were noisy when closing. The hotel was in a safe location and had an outside pool.

The noise from the surrounding interstate kept us up all night, and the mattress was placed on a slick platform which caused it to shift around during the night.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, their friendliness and kindness truly stood out. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with a clean and well-maintained environment. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a walk-in shower, which made my stay even more convenient. The room also had a sofa bed, providing extra comfort and flexibility. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the main highway and the airport. The price for a four-night stay was great and offered good value for money. The room was clean and smelled fresh, with instant hot water in the bathroom. The TV channels all worked, and the internet was fast enough for streaming.

There were some maintenance issues in the hotel, such as trouble with the room key card reader and the refrigerator freezer being frozen solid. The microwave turntable didn't work either.

The pool area was also nice. we highly recommend Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Smith I-540 for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only drawback was not having self-service laundry facilities, which would have been convenient for drying wet towels and parkas. Additionally, parking was located on the side of the motel instead of in front, which was a minor inconvenience.
