This hotel is super close to downtown, making it a breeze to walk to tons of awesome restaurants and shops, and if you venture a little further, you can enjoy beautiful parks like Legacy Park, just a 20-minute walk away, or the Greenville Zoo, which is about 6 kilometers away, perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll. The room was really spacious and the breakfast was delicious, offering everything from scrambled eggs to fruit, which set us up perfectly for another day of exploring. Could have used a bit more security at the front desk, but overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Comfy beds and a functional TV rounded out the positives. the room’s cleanliness left much to be desired. Stains on the furniture and hair in the bathroom show a need for better housekeeping. I asked for a bathtub and was given a stand-up shower, despite my request. There was a distinct lack of effort to accommodate me. Charging options were limited too, lacking bedside access. Repairs are necessary in various areas. Potentially great experience, yet missing crucial details for a seamless stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of a bathtub despite my earlier request. Not great for relaxation when you just want a quiet stay. A few inconsistencies with service and amenities, but the comfort of the king bed was a nice touch amidst the chaos.

The bed was comfortable, though I found the small square pillows a bit unconventional. The walk-in shower was a nice touch. the humidity in the hallways was uncomfortable, and I noticed some wear, like a hole in the carpet. On the plus side, noise levels were minimal, allowing for restful sleep despite some concerns about the facility's condition.

Breakfast had plenty of options, including make-your-own waffles. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Clean facilities with a nice fitness centre.

Great stay with helpful staff

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites. The staff, especially Octavia, went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast variety was excellent each day, and the clean, spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay.
