Plot twist, it’s actually great!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room, especially during a busy season like New Year. The hotel offered a delicious unlimited breakfast, making mornings easy and enjoyable. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place worth considering for New York stays!

The cleaning staff are very loud, making it hard to relax!!! The area lacks any nearby shopping options. Staff responsiveness could use improvement, especially regarding maintenance requests!!! A more organized check-in process would be beneficial!!!

the comfort inn is in a great spot near the metro station, making it super easy to get around queens. our queen room was cozy and clean, and the staff were really nice. plus, there’s a cool irish pub just a few blocks away with awesome food!

the room was really loud at night, and the bed was making weird noises! ! on the positive side, the shuttle to the airport was super convenient and ran until late, and the housekeepers kept everything spotless! breakfast selection was pretty good too.
