The staff was completely unhelpful and rude. They made multiple unauthorized charges to my account and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.

This place is a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend to anyone staying here in the Los Angeles area. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff, from the auditor to the messed up manager on the night shift, were very friendly and eager to help with any request. The rooms were amazing, with convenient amenities such as ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sink with free toiletries. I absolutely loved the garden furniture and sitting areas, as well as the spacious TV room.

All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

On the sidewalk near the side exit door by the grass, there are plenty of options for grabbing a quick bite. The rooms are clean and the service is remarkable. The bathrooms are well equipped with all necessary amenities. Despite the breakfast not being up to scratch, the ice machine is functional, and the air-conditioning is spot on, making for a comfortable stay.

The elevators are inconveniently slow, and the walls of the facility could use an update.
