The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of four or more. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit. the hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options.

One minor inconvenience was the need to request housekeeping services, although the manager promptly arranged for it when requested.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I even checked the air filters on the AC which were spotless. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially the daytime staff who were always available to answer any questions and even entertained the kids. The lobby was clean and well-kept, with signs for muddy shoes due to the rain. The location was convenient, easy to find, and close to the interstate. Parking under the awning to set up our new puppy's kennel out of the rain was a plus.

We were given a brown paper bag with an orange, a breakfast cereal bar, and room temperature water, which was a little disappointing. The entrance to the hotel was also a bit tricky to find, better lighting and street-level signage would help.

The Comfort Inn & Suites - Lavale - Cumberland offers great facilities and amenities for those with physical handicaps. The rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail even under the furniture. The hotel staff are friendly, informative, and always willing to help. The location is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are enjoyable additions to the stay. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the interstate, making it easy to access.

I stayed at this hotel recently and it was a great experience! The location was perfect, with a nice Cracker Barrel nearby and close to the activities I was looking for. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed from ironing facilities to a television with HBO available. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The leisure facilities were also fantastic, including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre. I had a wonderful stay here.
