This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, on a hillside with amazing views and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed, including an extremely comfortable recliner. The breakfast included in my stay was delicious and served fresh every morning.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was so convenient to drive to all the major attractions in the area, such as Reptile Garden, Bear Country, Crazy Horse Memorial, Mt. Rushmore, Jewel Cave, Wind Cave, Custer State Park, and Mammoth Site at Hot Springs. The hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. Another great aspect of this hotel was the free breakfast. It had a variety of options, including eggs, sausage, pastries, breads. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out for activities.

There was an issue with the room when I arrived. I had booked a large room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper to accommodate my party of 5, but it wasn't available.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rapid City and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by the staff. The front desk attendant, Tara, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She even upgraded my room and gave me a little gift upon check-in, which made me feel valued as a customer. The hotel itself was everything I expected - clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The location was excellent, making it easy for me to explore the local activities and regional sights. I found this hotel to be a great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything and in a good area with many restaurants around it. It was also near the event center, which is downtown and near most things. The hotel was next to a good restaurant, which was convenient. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of options like egg and cheese omelettes, cereal, sausage links, bacon. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping both rooms immaculate, and the beds and selection of pillows were superb. The pool area was well stocked with towels and the hot tub was nice and hot.

The front desk staff at Comfort Inn went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we arrived, they noticed that we were a family of four and upgraded us to a spacious suite with a king bed and a pull-out sofa. They even provided us with extra blankets for the sofa sleeper without any hesitation. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a variety of options including hot eggs and bacon. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Comfort Inn for a pleasant stay.

The facilities are luxurious, with in-room safes, comfortable sitting areas, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities.
