The location was great, very close to the mall and right off the highway. There were also a lot of good eating places nearby. the hotel had excellent amenities, from the staff to the rooms. the pool area was fantastic, with games for the grandkids and a little bar that sometimes stayed open late. Being able to bring drinks and food into the pool area was a nice touch. the pool was open until 10pm, so the kids had plenty of time to play. the outdoor patio area with lounge chairs was a great spot to relax.

One issue was the breakfast time on weekends. It would have been better if it started at 6-6:30 instead of 7.

Friendly staff and great location near malls, restaurants, and Walmart. Free drink tickets provided upon check-in. Large group events are accommodated with a conference room and comfortable lobby area. Enjoyable pool and a great bartender at the pub.

The airport shuttle was prompt and efficient, with a short wait time. The clean room was a comfortable retreat. I recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the pet-friendly policy was amazing. I brought my dog along and there was absolutely no evidence of other dogs in the room. The pool area was spacious and the small tube was a big hit with my granddaughter. Another pleasant surprise was the complimentary cocktails in the evening, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere in the lobby. The beautiful library areas and furniture added a touch of luxury. The staff was always kind and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the Fox River Mall was also a bonus. this hotel provided excellent value for money, with great amenities, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast.
