As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the hotel's spacious suites and convenient amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The central location allowed us to easily explore attractions, shops, and dining options within walking distance. The stunning views of the river and N. Michigan Avenue were an added bonus. We appreciated the in-room facilities such as a full-size fridge, microwave, and laundry facilities, making our stay even more convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel steps away from Millennium Park and the main shops of Michigan Avenue. Our room had an awesome view and was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The breakfast may be served in a small room, but we could always grab it and enjoy it in our room. The price was very fair, making it an affordable and well-located option for our first visit to Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and convenient location.

Great central location with stunning views. Helpful and accommodating staff that provided local recommendations. Rooms equipped with ample outlets and USB ports. Delicious hot breakfast and unlimited coffee provided. a pleasant and worthwhile stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near many tourist places and close to everything I wanted to see during my two-day visit. Being on DuSable bridge, the hotel provided a spectacular view of the city. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the hotel had excellent facilities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed at Comfort Suites for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location is great, just a few blocks from the L-train and Millennium Park. The rooms were spacious and I loved being able to control the temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. a very satisfying stay.

The room was a great value for the money, with an expansive suite and fully equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, right in the center with river views and walking distance to famous places. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel well-prepared for each day.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of downtown. The location was great, being close to the city center and Michigan Ave. This allowed us to see all we wanted to see on our two day visit. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food.

The cost of valet parking was quite high, but it was expected for a hotel in such a prime location.

The breakfast was complimentary and the rooms were equipped with dishes which allowed us to eat in our room! the hotel's location was really convenient as it was close to the main attractions and restaurants so we saved a lot on taxi fares. the rooms were bigger than usual hotel rooms which gave us enough space to walk around.

The hotel was a bit dated and the TV didn't work very well. We also lost connection to the wi-fi frequently.

My room had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location was convenient to everything I wanted to do. Views from my queen suite were amazing! I recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and made sure everything was perfect. The location was also great, close to the park and river. Our suite was spacious, with a kitchen and two comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus too, with plenty of good options to choose from.

All was well during my stay at this hotel.
