I loved the convenient location, with plenty of shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The entrance and parking were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially CeeCee at the front desk, were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The furniture was in good condition and all the lights worked. The bed was cozy without being too soft. The breakfast had a great variety of warm and cold items, and everything was delicious. The ice and vending area was exceptionally clean. The pool area was also well-kept. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

I felt very lucky, as there was no reason to complain.

It was conveniently close to restaurants and shops, and also offered easy access to the area. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were friendly and accommodating, even transferring my luggage when my room was changed. Plus, the breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from and was delicious.

Wanda, the manager, was also exceptional, showing genuine care for the guests. Both Jordan and Wanda promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had. The hotel's location is peaceful and secure, with well-lit parking. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near restaurants, and the breakfast bar offered a satisfying selection. The friendly staff, including the helpful lady at the front desk, made my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially the night front reception staff, were all great. They went out of their way to accommodate us when they couldn't find our reservation from "booking.com". The rooms were large and well-furnished, with a good use of space and beautiful decor. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby, room, and pool were all very nice, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful, with one staff member, Brandi, going above and beyond by printing maps to hiking trails for us. The hotel's location was also convenient, with stores, restaurants, and hiking trails nearby.

During our stay at Best Western, we were impressed with the immaculate housekeeping and the efficiency of the staff. The location was convenient, and we felt safe with the rooms being inside. We had an air conditioning issue in our second room, but the staff promptly came to replace it. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Despite the positive aspects, I must mention that there were a few drawbacks. My granddaughter, who has allergies, found the strong odor in the room to be overwhelming.
