The pull-out sofa mattress was stained, causing us not to use it. the front desk was able to get a new mattress the next night and offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Easy access from the highway, clean front desk and eating area. Beds are clean and comfy with nice bedding. Well-lighted entry to the hotel, felt safe leaving our car outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast with waffle maker, eggs, cereals, fruits, and more. a good choice for a safe overnight stay.

Located in an industrial park near the freeway, this hotel is perfect for low-budget travellers who want to stay close to everything. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and come with excellent facilities like a shower. Breakfast is decent too, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located near the places I needed to visit for my business trip. It was easy to find and in a good location. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room and quickly moved me when I was not satisfied with the original room assigned to me.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a first floor room available for me, despite my request. This was inconvenient as I had a one-year-old with me who made a lot of noise and it was tiring to carry him and my luggage up and down the stairs multiple times.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in Forrest City for an extended trip, and it was a great stopover. The staff was friendly, and the room was mostly clean. The onsite laundry facilities were a bonus, and I really enjoyed the pool/spa facilities, which had a nice indoor setting and water temperature.
