Our stay at Best Western was mostly delightful. the jacuzzi tub experience was disappointing, as it spewed discolored water. Nevertheless, the friendly staff and clean premises made for a comfortable visit. Overall, I'd suggest this hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic , just a short drive away from Hershey Park without all the hustle and bustle of staying right in the city. Being off I, 81 made it super convenient to get around and explore the area. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the breakfast was top, notch and really set us up for a day of adventures. Cons: Housekeeping could be more attentive to detail.

I particularly liked the heated pool; it was a great way to relax after a long day.
