The hotel had a spacious lobby and sitting areas, with a welcoming and lodge-like atmosphere. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. the fitness room was above average for this range of hotel, and the sauna and hot tub were actually hot. the location also offered a beautiful view of a lake, adding to the lodge-like ambiance.

The bathroom in the rooms was too small, making it difficult to close the door and move around comfortably. the prices for the rooms were quite high, especially during festival times.

This hotel is a beautiful place facing the lake, ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail, making guests feel comfortable and satisfied. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as a mini-fridge, iron/ironing board, and a shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser, are well-thought-out. Moreover, the free breakfast offers many hot and cold options, making it perfect to start the day.

The location was perfect, close to everything in this charming northern Wisconsin town, and an easy drive to the Lumberjack Show.
