The room at Comfort Suites was fantastic. It was well-maintained and the housekeeping, specifically Tiffany, did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations. The bed and bedding exceeded my expectations and were of premium hotel quality. I also loved the outdoor seating area, which was a great place to relax. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast and coffee were delicious, and I enjoyed spending time at the pool, hot tub, and even playing billiards in the game room. Comfort Suites exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities such as the indoor pool and water slide, the convenient parking, and the excellent location. It was very close to Six Flags and the outlets, making shopping and entertainment easily accessible. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My family and I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a weekend getaway. The hotel was conveniently located near outlet shopping and offered easy access to the lake. The staff, including the welcoming and friendly twin brothers who managed the hotel, made our stay truly exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms and the food station was well-maintained by the diligent women working in housekeeping. The breakfast, with its delicious microwaved egg patties, sausages, and two types of waffles, was a pleasant surprise. The comfortable pillow top mattresses ensured a good night's sleep for all of us. The highlight for our kids was definitely the water slide pool, which they absolutely loved. this was the best hotel experience we've ever had, and we will definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The indoor pool with the slide was a hit with the kids, and the hot tub was a nice relaxing treat for the adults. The desk staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for walking to stores and nature/bike trails. The grounds were lovely and had all the outside amenities one would look for to relax and unwind. The bed was wonderful!

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice in the last 18 months and both experiences were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially George, were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The main floor accessible room we stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was not too far from the lake and close to other recreational activities such as The Great Escape, outlets, and the village of Lake George. The service provided was top-notch and the basic amenities were in great condition. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and very spacious, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The breakfast could use a little improvement.

We stayed at Comfort Suites for just one night on our way to Vermont in February. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had comfortable beds. The modern and clean bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The soap smelled like we were at a spa. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had amenities like a microwave, fridge, fitness center. The rooms were soundproof and very quiet. We even slept through a storm without hearing a thing. The indoor pool with a slide and the large hot tub were great additions. we haven't been this pleased with a hotel in years.

The high price of over $500 for a two-night weekend stay is outrageous and feels like a ripoff.

During our stay at Comfort Suites, we had a blast at the pool with the slide and the kids couldn't get enough of it! The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the clean and spacious accommodations. The housekeeping was great, always ensuring everything was in order. We loved the beautiful staircase leading to the lobby, making it a picturesque spot for weddings. Although the buffet breakfast had limited options, the swimming pool and clean room made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
