I also appreciated the dedicated dog areas and the availability of bags and receptacles for pet waste. It showed that the hotel management was considerate towards guests traveling with pets.

We stayed at Comfort Suites for a few days during our family Christmas gathering. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to use the breakfast/lobby area for our get-together. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the pool was great. The breakfast staff was also wonderful, and the food was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at a hotel near shopping centers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure my children were entertained and even finding my lost phone. Great service! the staff was amazing, especially Ashley at the front desk. She really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. the hotel was also very clean and comfortable. the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was better than most hotels. the location was convenient, being near a mall and having bus parking available. a great experience.

The pool area could use some updating, and the chlorine level in the pool was a bit high. However, this didn't bother the kids too much, and it was still enjoyable.
