We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was sufficient. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool area, were well-maintained.

I loved the spacious room with a comfortable king bed and a cozy sofa and table. It was perfect for relaxation. The room had plenty of plug points for all my small technology devices, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the separate wall between the bed and sofa, as well as the mirror at the end of the room. The well-lit area over the coffee pot made it easy for me to get ready in the morning.

Very good customer service, two free amenities and great location. the staff was very helpful and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. we really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi. the hotel was located in a central area which made getting around easy and convenient.

Best aspects of our stay were the clean room upon arrival and the friendly staff. the room was exactly as pictured and advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.

Worst aspects of our stay included the lack of room cleaning during our two-night stay. Although I had removed the do not disturb sign, they did not come back to clean the room.

Additionally, the location was perfect for my needs as it was close to downtown Lufkin. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable with nice views, and the beds were very cozy. Lastly, the breakfast provided was sufficient and a nice way to start the day.
